Sergeant Joseph Ricupero was promoted on March 31, 2026. Sgt. Ricupero started 13 years ago almost to the day (4/1/2013) with the Lynn Police Department and has served on our Warrant Task Force, Gang Unit, and as an FTO on the First Division. Congratulations Sgt. Ricupero!
